How the audio score is calculated

Audio hardware: stereo speakers (60%, required), 3.5 mm headphone jack (40%).

Does not measure loudness or sound quality.

Inputs, weights and scales for the audio score (formula version 2.6). Values between two points are scored on the straight line between them; values beyond the ends get the end score.
InputWeightRequiredScale: value → points
Stereo speakers60%yesyes = 100, no = 0
3.5 mm headphone jack40%noyes = 100, no = 0

Worked example

The Motorola Moto G77 Power is #3 in the current audio list. Its audio score of 100 comes from these inputs:

Motorola Moto G77 Power: audio score step by step. Points are on the 0 to 100 scales above.
InputThis phonePointsWeightContribution
Stereo speakersstereo speakers10060%60.0
3.5 mm headphone jack3.5 mm headphone jack10040%40.0

The contributions add up to the score. An input that is not confirmed is left out and the remaining weights are scaled up to 100%, except where the category counts an unknown input at the middle of its scale (shown as "counts as 50").
